Honeyed Mint Sauce

Honeyed Mint Sauce

  • Two handfuls fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tsp organic raw sugar
  • 2 tbsp Honeygar (your choice Red or White)
  • 1 tbsp boiling water

Wash and pat dry mint leaves.
Finely chop mint with sugar. Place sugared mint in small glass or porcelain sauce bowl. Pour over boiling water, then Honeygar. Allow a few minutes of infusing before serving

Yield approx half a cup.
