Mint and Honey Vinaigrette

Mint and Honey Vinaigrette

  • Half Cup good Olive Oil,
  • Half Cup White Wine Vinegar,
  • 2 heaped teaspoons mild honey e.g. Clover Blend,
  • Juice of half a lemon,
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed in quarter teaspoon salt,
  • Pepper, freshly ground,
  • Mint Leaves freshly harvested

Blend , whisk and shake all together. Just before serving add freshly chopped or torn Mint leaves to taste.

To make a low fat alternative cut back on Olive Oil , use BeesOnline White Wine and Clover Honeygar and emit extra Honey.
